While Fsitenk’s core features are available free of charge, we offer a premium subscription service that unlocks exclusive advanced features to elevate your creative experience. This Subscription Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your purchase and use of Fsitenk’s premium Subscription service. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Subscription, you agree to comply with all the terms set forth in this Agreement, as well as Fsitenk’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Please read this Agreement carefully before subscribing—your use of the Subscription constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
This Agreement is designed to be clear and straightforward, free of complex legal jargon, and aligned with Fsitenk’s core commitments: no facial information collection, self-developed AI, no third-party data sharing, and complete privacy protection for all users. Our priority is to ensure you can enjoy the enhanced creative features of the Subscription while maintaining full control over your privacy and your content.
Fsitenk’s Subscription service is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older . By subscribing to the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and agree to comply with all its terms. We do not knowingly offer Subscriptions to minors, and if we become aware that a subscriber is under 18, we will immediately terminate the Subscription and refund any unused portion of the subscription fee, in line with our commitment to protecting minors.
Fsitenk’s Subscription service offers only three recurring plans, with no other additional or promotional plans. The three available plans are clearly displayed within the App, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. The details of each plan are as follows:

By subscribing to any of Fsitenk’s three plans, you gain access to exclusive premium features, in addition to all the free core features of Fsitenk. All premium features are powered by Fsitenk’s self-developed AI , with no third-party involvement, ensuring your privacy is protected at all times. The pricing for each Subscription plan is clearly displayed within the App at the time of subscription, and it includes all applicable taxes and fees. Prices may vary by region, currency, or promotional offers, but the final price you see at checkout is the total amount you will be charged—no additional fees will be added after purchase.
Payment is processed immediately upon subscribing, and your Subscription becomes active right after payment confirmation. For all three recurring plans (Monthly, Six Month, Yearly), your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle (30 days for Monthly, 180 days for Six Month, 365 days for Yearly) unless you cancel the Subscription before the next billing cycle begins.
Importantly, we do not collect or store any of your payment information . All payment processing is handled by secure, PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors—we have no access to your credit card details, PayPal information, or any other payment-related data. Your payment information is never collected, stored, or accessed by Fsitenk, ensuring complete security for your payment details.
If your payment fails (e.g., expired payment method, insufficient funds), we will notify you via email (if provided) and give you a reasonable period to update your payment information. If payment is not updated within this period, your Subscription will be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed. We do not charge any late fees or penalties for failed payments.
All three Subscription plans (Monthly, Six Month, Yearly) are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. We will send you a renewal reminder via email (if you provided one) 3 days before the next billing date, giving you ample time to cancel if you no longer wish to continue the Subscription.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time, for any reason, with no penalty or fee. Cancellation can be done directly within the App (under "Subscription Settings") or by contacting our support team. When you cancel, your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle—you will not receive a refund for the current cycle, but you will not be charged for any future billing cycles.
After cancellation, you will lose access to all premium features once the current billing cycle ends, and you will revert to using Fsitenk’s free core features. Any headwear images or creations you generated during the Subscription period remain saved locally on your device—we never store them on our servers, so you retain full control over your content.
Fsitenk’s core privacy commitments apply fully to subscribers, including: no collection of facial information or biometric data, use of self-developed AI with no third-party involvement, and no collection or storage of your personal data, usage data, or content.
We do not collect any personal information from you—no name, email address (unless provided voluntarily for renewal reminders), device information, or IP address. We do not track your usage of the Subscription service, and we do not store any of your content (original photos, generated headwear images, or other creations). Any photos you upload are used temporarily to generate the headwear effect and are automatically deleted immediately after processing. Your generated headwear images are saved only locally on your device, with no access from our team or servers.
All processing is done using Fsitenk’s self-developed AI, with no third-party involvement. This ensures that your privacy is protected, and that there is no data to be leaked, stolen, or misused. Your privacy is not just a policy—it is a practice we uphold in every part of the Subscription service.
As a subscriber, you agree to use the Subscription service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Violation of these prohibited use terms will result in immediate termination of your Subscription, with no refund for any unused portion of the subscription fee. We reserve the right to restrict access to Fsitenk entirely for repeat violators.
All intellectual property rights related to Fsitenk’s Subscription service—including the self-developed AI algorithms, premium headwear materials, software, and design elements—are owned exclusively by Fsitenk. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use these features during your active Subscription period for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain full ownership of any headwear images or creations you generate using the Subscription service. These creations are saved only locally on your device, and you have complete control over whether to keep them private or share them. Fsitenk never claims ownership of your creations, and we never use, edit, or share them without your explicit action.
We may occasionally update this Agreement or the Subscription service to improve functionality, enhance privacy protections, or reflect changes to our services. However, any updates will never reduce your privacy protections, and we will never start collecting personal data, facial information, or any other data that could compromise your privacy. We will notify you of any significant changes via email (if provided) or within the App at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Subscription after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
We may also update the premium features or adjust the pricing of the Subscription plans from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes (e.g., price increases, feature updates) at least 30 days before they take effect. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your Subscription before the changes take effect to avoid being charged under the new terms.
